We help small businesses and nonprofits learn to develop and maintain websites, social media, and other technology. To that end, we started a Facebook Group: SDM Small Business Tech Support and over the past couple of years we have developed many small business specific resources.

Our aim has been to create a supportive community of small business owners in and around Melrose (and perhaps even further afield!). A place to ask and answer questions, for you to talk to us and each other about challenges, successes and tips. And, the group continues to grow!

What/Who is the Facebook Group for?

SDM are here primarily to answer your tech questions, we teach, we don’t do! But, if you want to start a website, add website functionality, or fix a problem/error – ask us how! If you’re trying to get a grip on your social media and want to learn how to use a channel, or use a scheduling tool, or you just want to chat about strategies that work, then this group is the place for you. So, if you’d like to learn about business software, get tips and tricks, or just chat to people who understand what it’s like to be a small business owner, then please feel free to join the group (just make sure you answer the joining questions, you won’t be accepted if you don’t).
