You can use your Send-to-Kindle Email Address to add a document to your Kindle. The following documents types are all appropriate for this.

Send to Kindle Email
So where do you find your Send-to-Kindle Email Address? Follow these steps:
When you are on the Home Page of your Kindle, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
Choose Settings in the menu.
Click on My Account.
At the bottom of this page, you will see the Send-to-Kindle email address.
Using your email program, use the Send-to-Kindle address in your ‘To’ field and attach the document you would like to add to your Kindle. The document will show up in your Library.
